Parcels are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be sent via Colissimo International and delivered against signature (for foreign countries). Whichever method of delivery you choose, you will receive an e-mail from La Poste to track your package online. The packages are sent to the delivery address specified by the Customer.
We recommend that you group all your articles in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each.
The Customer may return, at his own expense, the product (s) ordered to Gaïora, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel (as stamped by La Poste).
The product (s) must be returned in its packaging and in its original condition.
The Customer will then be reimbursed in full the amount of his order or will have a valid credit on our online shop for 1 year.
Any product shipped to the Customer received as damaged must be reported to Gaïora for an exchange at the following e-mail address: email@example.com

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Gaiora is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.
Gaiora does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
